Semi Annual Book Buds
The UCP Development team offers a wide array of additional programs and smaller events throughout the year, which help raise funding and provide opportunities for stakeholders and community members to get involved.
Book Buds is a Semi-Annual opportunity for the Central Florida community members to tour one of UCP’s campus locations, learn about UCP’s mission to Unlock Children’s Potential, and then engage in an hour of reading and play with one of the classes.
The event was re-themed in 2020 to centralize it around a mascot and evergreen theme to create a consistent representation of the event. I created the initial Buddy graphics, color palette, and font guide. I continuously update the digital invitation, web graphics, and social graphics, and photograph the event at each occurrence.
